Returns & Exchanges

Please note that our customer service is open from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm. 
  • Our products are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. 
  • When the 15 days have elapsed since the delivery, we unfortunately no longer offer refund or exchange.
  • Only regular priced items can be refunded or exchanged.
  • Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items on sale are final sale.

To ensure your return on time, we provide a return label with all types of requests. Please note that a flat fee of $ 8.50 will be deducted from your order for refund requests and credit notes. Only the return costs for exchanges will be at our expense.

For returns from the United States and internationally, you must go to your nearest post office to return it. Do not worry, you will have all the information you need when making the return request

    Process to Return & Exchange

    Step 1  Submit a return request.

    Step 2 Select Return or Exchange, select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason

    Step 3  After approving your request, you will receive an email with instructions to send us back your item.

    Meet the below requirements:

    Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered. No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.

    All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.

    Swimwear: the hygienic protection sticker must be intact.

    For hygiene reasons, caps, beanies, hair clips and underwear are not eligible for either return or exchange.

    We reserve the right to refuse a product's exchange or refund for reasons of hygiene or if the product appears to have been damaged by the customer. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. All products will be inspected upon receipt.

    Late Returns

    Returns postmarked after 15 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

    Reception of the Return & Exchange

    Once the return is done and the item is inspected, we will send you an email stating the acceptance or rejection of your refund/exchange request. If your application is approved, we will proceed to the refund/exchange. If we proceed to a refund, the credit will automatically be applied on your credit card or original method of payment. The refund may take 4 to 10 business days before appearing officially in your account.

    Customs fees

    If you select the international delivery, customs fees may apply depending on your order’s final destination. We are not responsible for customs fees to be paid upon receipt of your order.

    Shipping Fees

    All shipping charges, gift cards, and store credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

    Damaged or Defective Item

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you for the exchange or refund procedures. Please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order - otherwise it will be impossible to proceed to an exchange or a refund.

    When will I receive the money for my return?

    If your return is approved, we will proceed to a refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 4 to 10 days.

    What should I do if do not receive my refund?

    If you still have not received the refund, please check your bank account again. Subsequently, contact your credit card company; refund may take 4 to 10 business days before appearing officially in your account.
