Vacation FAQ
Please note that we will be on vacation from December 24 to January 9 inclusively. The stores will be open. Please check the store's holiday schedule before visiting.
Can I shop online during the vacation period?
Yes, you can continue to shop in our online store without any interruption. Please note that all orders made between December 24 and January 9 will be shipped starting from January 9.
When can I expect a response to my email?
We will be back on January 9 and will be working to respond to each email as quickly as we can!
When can I pick up my order?
Our Old Port of Montreal and Promenades St-Bruno boutique will be open, but we recommend coming to the boutique for pickup only after receiving a notification that your package is ready. A confirmation will be sent as soon as your package is prepared.
Will I be able to make a refund or exchange?
Do not worry. Our vacations (December 24 to January 9) will be excluded from the return and refund deadlines. However, your product must be in its original condition (the products must not have been worn, washed or modified.) For more information on the requirements please click on the following link.
